The Apartment Mart has been referring clients to rental properties in
the Twin Cities area since 1977. We work one-on-one with our clients.
After initial consultation with clients, we make the contacts with
rental properties for them.
We make referrals only to properties with whom we have contracts. Some elements of our contracts include:

We receive no commission until a client moves into the property.

Compensation is a one time fee of 65% of the first full months rent.

A 10% discount of the amount due can be deducted if paid within 10 days of the due date.
